Update a signer

This operation is only valid when the eSignature package is in the DRAFT, SENT, SCHEDULED, ACTIVE, or LIVE_EDITING statuses. If the eSignature package is in DRAFT status, there are no webhooks and further actions that are triggered. If the eSignature package is in the SENT or SCHEDULED statuses, a change will be made and a notification webhook may be triggered if a signer's email is changed.
